Conscious wife, entrepreneur, branding guru, avid boater and dotting dog-mom. I am passionate about mental wellness, death + dying, living a peaceful life and creating community.
Vancouver Island is my home AND my adventure. I live in Black Creek, work in Campbell River and play in Desolation Sound.

I would like to respectfully acknowledge that I live, work + play on the traditional and unceded territory of the Coast Salish, K’ómoks, We Wai Kum, We Wai Kai + Homalco First Nations, the traditional keepers of this land. I offer my gratitude for their care and teachings about the land, waters, and our relations.
As a Manifesting Generator (human design) + No.9 Peacemaker (enneagram) my mind is always busy. yet I crave peace + quiet. There is a constant pull to propel forward and a longing to slow down. My life's purpose, at least at the moment, is to find a middle ground between the two.
